  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat until the butter is fully melted and begins to bubble slightly.
