  • 3.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup Whole milk
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch sheet pan or cake pan.

In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, water, and cocoa powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
