Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Clean and devein the shrimp, pat them dry, and roughly chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the chopped shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 5

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1.5 cups of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
