  • 4 bok choy (halved lengthwise)
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 8 ounces vermicelli noodles
  • 2 scallions (sliced finely for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions
