  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 0 salt (to taste)
  • 0 black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 cups cooked white rice (for serving)
  • 2 stalks green onions (sliced, for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
