  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon (for coating)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and 1.5 cups of granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes using a hand or stand mixer.
