Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges as desired. Use a fork to prick the bottom of the crust.
Place the pie crust in the oven and pre-bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
In a medium saucepan, whisk together granulated sugar, flour, and salt until combined.
