Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Place the stale bread slices in a bowl and pour the milk over them. Let them soak until softened, then break them into small pieces.
Hard boil 3 of the eggs. Peel them and set them aside to cool.
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley.
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Let them cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, soaked bread, sautéed onion and garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and 2 raw eggs. Mix thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until the mixture is evenly combined.
On a piece of parchment paper, spread the meat mixture into a rectangular shape about 2 cm (3/4 inch) thick.
Lay the hard-boiled eggs in a row along the center of the rectangle.
Gently roll the meat mixture around the eggs, using the parchment paper to help shape it into a tight loaf. Seal the edges well to secure the filling inside.
Transfer the meatloaf to a lightly greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the meatloaf. Dot with small pieces of butter for a golden crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing to serve. This allows the juices to redistribute.
Serve warm with your choice of side dishes, such as roasted potatoes or a fresh green salad.
