  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 whole Lemons
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Zest one lemon and juice both lemons. Set the zest and juice aside separately.

Step 3

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large, ovenproof skillet over medium heat.

Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet, then sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
