Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 2 cups Grapes (red or green)
  • 3 whole Kiwi
  • 0.25 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Hull the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters depending on their size.

Step 3

Peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into small bite-sized chunks.

Step 4

Slice the grapes in half, or leave them whole if they are small.

Peel the kiwi and slice it into thin rounds, then cut them into halves or quarters if desired.
