  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

  • 1 teaspoons salt

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

Step 2

Place the flour on a plate and dredge the chicken breasts in the flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
