  • 0.5 cup sour cream (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or olive oil.

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
