Ingredients

  • 3 large Cucumbers
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the cucumbers. If desired, you can leave thin strips of the peel for added texture and appearance.

Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick. Place the sliced cucumbers into a large bowl.
