  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Slice the andouille sausage into rounds and cook until browned and crispy on the edges, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
