Ingredients

  • 4 whole Roma tomatoes
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 whole French baguette
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Dice the Roma tomatoes into small cubes and transfer them to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Step 3

Finely chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the tomatoes.

Step 4

Mince one garlic clove and mix it into the tomato and basil mixture.
