Ingredients

  • 1 whole Lime
  • 2 teaspoons Granulated sugar
  • 2 ounces White rum
  • 4 ounces Soda water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 sprig Mint sprig (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place the mint leaves and sugar into a sturdy glass.

Cut the lime into quarters and squeeze the juice from all quarters into the glass. Add the squeezed lime pieces into the glass as well.
