  • 2 medium Bell peppers (red and green)
  • 150 grams Mushrooms
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

Peel and mince the garlic and ginger. Thinly slice the carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions. Chop the cilantro and cut the lime into wedges.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
