Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Baby corn
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.

Step 2

Core and slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 3

Peel the carrot and slice it into thin round pieces.

Step 4

Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger piece.

Step 5

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
