Ingredients

  • 6 cups Mixed baby greens
  • 1 whole Ripe avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the mixed baby greens, then place them into a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the red onion thinly. Add them to the salad bowl with the greens.
