In a small bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and 1 teaspoon of the sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining sugar, flour, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolk, vegetable oil, and honey.
