Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems. Use a salad spinner or clean kitchen towel to dry the spinach as much as possible.

Finely mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

In a large skillet or sauté pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
