  • 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 8 units mini burger buns
  • 8 units lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, crumble the tofu using your hands or a fork until it resembles a coarse texture.

Add the drained tuna, white miso paste, panko breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger to the bowl.
