Ingredients

  • 24 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
  • 0 Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3

Gently press one wonton wrapper into each mini muffin cup, shaping it to form a small cup.

Step 4

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Step 5

Stir in the taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined and the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Step 6

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the seasoned ground beef mixture into each wonton cup.

Step 7

Top each cup with a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.

Step 9

Remove the taco cups from the muffin tin and let them cool slightly before adding additional toppings.

Step 10

Top each taco cup with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream, a slice of black olive, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.

Step 11

Serve immediately and enjoy!
