Ingredients

  • 120 grams Smoked salmon

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for greasing baking sheet)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it lightly with olive oil or lining it with parchment paper.

Using a large knife or round cutter, trim the crusts off the white bread slices and cut them into smaller squares or rounds, approximately 2 inches in diameter. You should end up with 12 small pieces.
