  • 1 pack Instant ramen noodles
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 0.25 cup Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray or oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or lightly coat with oil.

Step 2

Cook the ramen noodles (without the seasoning packet) in boiling water as per package instructions, usually 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until fully combined and slightly frothy.

Add the shredded cheese, diced bell pepper, sliced green onions, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Mix well.
