Ingredients

  • 6 pieces English muffins
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 24 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice the English muffins in half to create 12 mini pizza bases, and place them onto a baking sheet.

Step 3

Lightly brush the cut side of each muffin with olive oil.

Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce over the top of each muffin half.
