  • 1 piece Large egg

  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Sugar-free BBQ sauce (optional, for topping)
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a standard 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
