Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 large Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined. Set aside.

Step 3

On a lightly floured surface, roll out one thawed puff pastry sheet until it is slightly thinner. Cut the sheet into 8 equal squares.

Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
