Ingredients

  • 200 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 pieces Small whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 small Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 6 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 120 grams Hummus
  • 100 grams Feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, mix the chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Ensure the chicken is coated well with the marinade.

Place the chicken strips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and slightly golden.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Dice the red bell pepper, peel and grate the carrot, and thinly slice the cucumber.

Lay the tortillas on a clean work surface and evenly spread a tablespoon of hummus over each one.
