  • 6 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh chives (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini loaf pan (with 6 cavities) or line with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
