Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Frozen phyllo cups
  • 1 cup Butterscotch chips
  • 0.33 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.33 cup Pecans
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 0.125 teaspoon Sea salt (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Place the frozen phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until slightly golden and crisp. Remove and cool completely.

Step 3

Toast the pecans in a small dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and roughly chop. Set aside.

Step 4

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butterscotch chips and butter together, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 5

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is glossy.
