Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 8 pieces Mini burger buns
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 8 slices Dill pickles
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties, approximately 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3

Preheat a skillet or a grill over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.

Step 4

Place the beef patties onto the preheated skillet or grill. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes, until nicely browned and cooked through.

Step 5

During the last minute of cooking, place half a cheese slice on top of each patty to melt.

Step 6

While patties are cooking, slice the tomato into thin rounds and prepare the lettuce leaves.

Step 7

Toast the mini burger buns on a separate dry skillet or on the grill until they are lightly golden.

Step 8

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun.

Step 9

Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on each bun bottom, then add a cheesy beef patty, a tomato slice, and a pickle slice.

Step 10

Drizzle a little ketchup on top, then close the burger with the top half of the bun.

Step 11

Serve these delicious mini beef burgers warm, and enjoy!
