Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease with nonstick spray.

In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Make sure there are no large chunks left.
