  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 leaf bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 10 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 0 optional grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • 0 optional chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
