  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Whole milk
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl. Mix the buttermilk and hot sauce together and pour over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are fully submerged. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight.
