Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Directions

Step 1

Pour the cold water into a small microwave-safe bowl and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin evenly over the surface. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

Once the gelatin has bloomed, microwave it for 10 seconds or until dissolved. Stir well and set aside to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, pour the whole milk and add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with a whisk attachment, begin whisking the milk mixture on medium speed.
