  • 0.25 cups Strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar (for optional glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Strong brewed coffee (for optional glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and espresso powder.
