  • 100 grams Butter (unsalted, softened)
  • 150 grams Light brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 120 ml Whole milk
  • 150 grams Pitted dates (chopped)
  • 100 grams Walnuts (roughly chopped)
  • 100 grams Milk chocolate (chopped into small chunks)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and light brown sugar until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer or a whisk.
