Ingredients

  • 4 oz Prosecco
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 slice Peach slice (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes prior to preparing your Bellini.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together peach puree, simple syrup, and lemon juice until well combined.

Pour the peach mixture into the bottom of the chilled champagne flute.
