  • 0.5 medium Lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 rolls French sandwich rolls
  • 2 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium Ripe tomato, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
