Ingredients

  • 16 oz cheese tortellini
  • 12 oz roasted red peppers

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
