  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 piece Bay leaf
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Grated lemon zest (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat veal shanks dry with paper towels. Combine flour, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.

Dredge each veal shank in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
