Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce. Mix well to coat all of the chicken evenly.
In a separate bowl, stir together the Alfredo sauce and a quarter-cup of buffalo wing sauce (optional for extra heat).
Spread a thin layer of the Alfredo-buffalo sauce mixture at the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
Lay 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, slightly overlapping them.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture evenly over the noodles.
Add a layer of the buffalo chicken (using about half the mixture) on top of the ricotta layer.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the chicken.
Drizzle a quarter of the remaining Alfredo-buffalo sauce mixture over the cheese layer.
Repeat the layers: noodles, ricotta mixture, buffalo chicken, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and Alfredo-buffalo sauce.
Finish with a final layer of noodles, followed by the rest of the Alfredo-buffalo sauce. Top with the remaining mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
