  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 100 grams bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fried shallots
  • 2 pieces lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Boil the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced shallots and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant and the shallots are translucent.
