Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground lamb
  • 150 grams Spinach leaves

  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground lamb to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
