  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
  • 4 pieces Soft bread rolls
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Start by cleaning the button mushrooms with a damp cloth or paper towel. Finely chop the mushrooms into small pieces.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the minced garlic and unsalted butter. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.

Add the chopped mushrooms to the bowl. Stir well to coat the mushrooms in the garlic-butter mixture. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
