  • 150 grams tortilla chips
  • 200 grams shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 150 grams sour cream
  • 1 large (sliced for topping) avocado
  • 0.5 bunch (chopped for garnish) fresh cilantro
  • 1 small (sliced for topping, optional) jalapeño

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened.
