  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 whole lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper, then add them to the pot and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from the pot and set aside.
