  • 4 pieces Tomato slices
  • 12 pieces Pickled jalapeño slices
  • 4 pieces Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces Red onion slices

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1/2 inch thick. Press a slight indentation into the center of each patty to prevent swelling during cooking.
