  • 1 seaweed sheets (nori), crushed
  • 0.25 cup dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the whole chicken under cold water, pat it dry with paper towels, and set it aside.
